We keep shipping simple. Below you’ll find delivery options, timeframes and important details so you know what to expect.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • During sale periods or peak times, dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • Delivery timeframes below apply after dispatch.

Australia

Standard Delivery

  • Free on orders over $60 AUD
  • $9.95 AUD on orders $60 and under
  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
  • Shipped via Australia Post

Express Delivery

  • $16.95 AUD flat rate
  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Shipped via Australia Post Express

New Zealand

Standard Delivery

  • Free on orders over $140 AUD
  • $16.95 AUD flat rate on orders under $140
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Shipped via Australia Post International

Express delivery is not currently available for New Zealand orders.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import charges imposed by New Zealand authorities.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to peak periods, carrier delays, customs processing (for NZ), weather events or other factors outside our reasonable control.

Risk & Responsibility

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

If you have provided Authority to Leave instructions, you acknowledge that the parcel may be left unattended and frank body is not responsible for loss or theft after delivery has been completed in accordance with those instructions.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team at getnaked@frankbody.com as soon as possible.

We will investigate with the carrier and provide assistance in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to cancel or make changes, including updating your shipping address or modifying items.
