These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of frank body websites and the purchase of products from our online stores.
Depending on the website or regional store you access, your contract will be with the relevant frank body entity in your region:

Each entity is responsible for the operation of its respective regional store.
By accessing our websites or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:

5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the regional store you are accessing (for example, AUD, USD, GBP, CAD or EUR).
If you choose to pay using a payment method that processes in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates and additional fees. frank body is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or foreign transaction fees applied by your payment provider.
Prices may exclude shipping costs, taxes or duties, which will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a pricing error affects your order, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
Payment must be made using an accepted payment method at checkout.
6. Buy Now, Pay Later
We may offer buy now, pay later payment options through third-party providers.
If you select such an option, you enter into a separate agreement with the relevant provider. frank body is not responsible for the terms, approval decisions or performance of those providers.
7. Subscriptions (If Offered)
We may offer subscription or recurring delivery options for certain products.
If you enrol in a subscription:
- You authorise recurring charges in accordance with the subscription terms displayed at checkout
- You may cancel in accordance with the cancellation process provided in your account or subscription confirmation
- Pricing and delivery frequency will be disclosed prior to enrolment
Subscriptions are subject to applicable auto-renewal laws in your jurisdiction.
8. Shipping
Shipping times and delivery estimates are provided for guidance only.
Risk in products passes to you upon delivery.

- Recover costs associated with chargebacks or fraudulent activity
We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from fraud prevention measures.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- frank body is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
- Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold frank body harmless from claims arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your misuse of our website
- Your violation of applicable laws
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant contracting entity is established:
- Australia & New Zealand: Victoria, Australia
- United States: Georgia, United States
- United Kingdom: England & Wales
- Canada: British Columbia, Canada
- European Union: The Netherlands
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.
